Development has been proposed for the SMART site – a 5.4 acre parcel located at 34 W 6th Street. This project is adjacent to the West End Historic District between W 6th and W 3rd streets. A Concept Review Hearing for Phase 1 of the “SMART Village Residential Development” is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2020. This joint meeting of the Design Review Board and Cultural Heritage Board will be available for public participation online.
