November 21st, Thursday at 7 p.m.- West End Neighborhood Association Fall Meeting Guest speakers Craig Anderson, Landpaths and Sgt. Brad Conners, SRPD. We will have updates and also discuss the proposed street closures in the West End. An important function of the West End Neighborhood Association is to make it possible for neighbors to get together, discuss issues and communicate. College Ave.-    Notice of preparation and notice of scoping meeting for an environmental impact report for the Jennings Ave. Pedestrian and bicycle rail crossing Project.
