Concept Design Review hearing for the ‘Santa Rosa Housing First‘ project located at 80 College Avenue. Description: A new 3-story, 54-unit multi-family residential project for formerly homeless individuals, approx. 36,915 square-feet. Project information is available on the City Website.

The ‘Dutton Flats‘ project located at 208 W 3rd St proposes a 5-story, 41-unit, 100% affordable, multi-family rental housing project, consisting of 11 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units, and 15 three-bedroom units for tenants with income 30-60% or less of Area Median Income (AMI). Proposed site plan includes 41 on-site parking spaces. Project information is available on the City Website.

The West End provides hot dogs / hamburgers / veggie burgers / burger fixings / Ice water
You bring a dish to share and liquid refreshments that you prefer.
This is a Zero Waste event, so bring your own utensils / plates / napkins / cups, etc.
The City of Santa Rosa, the Red Cross, our local council member Chris Rogers, Fire Department and other community resources will be joining us.
Volunteers are needed to help with set up, clean up, monitoring bike parade and more.
