Featured West End Sponsor- Bikram Yoga of Santa Rosa

One of the coolest things about living in the West End is the ability to walk to nearby amenities and as many of us know, Bikram Yoga of Santa Rosa is located right on Wilson Street. The wonderful thing about Bikram Yoga is that the room is heated, helping the muscles relax and allowing for safer and deeper stretching. The heat heals and prevents injury while sweating aids in flushing toxins from the body. All classes are for beginners and are 90 minutes long. They now also offer Hot Yoga Express (60 min. Classic Bikram Yoga sequence with reduced sets of some postures) and Inferno Hot Pilates (60 min).

Owner Rebecca Pennington became an enthusiastic believer in the benefits of Bikram Yoga after her recovery from a debilitating knee injury. She has seen students of all ages, sizes, and abilities transform their bodies, and reduce aches and pains. Bikram Yoga of Santa Rosa also offers Kids Yoga.

Take advantage of the West End’s convenient location and walk down to Bikram Yoga of Santa Rosa located at 522 Wilson St. New students should arrive 15 minutes early. Class is most comfortably performed on an empty stomach. Try not to eat 2-3 hours before class. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Download the Bikram Yoga Santa Rosa App to plan and schedule your classes. Namaste!
