October 5th, Thursday at 6 p.m. West End Full Moon Tour Time Travelers Tours will travel back in time to bring back to life the early days of the West End Neighborhood and Railroad Square. Life was not always easy – it was filled with achievement and disappointment. Learn how our ancestors managed without wifi and built the town we live in today. We will explain the stories of murder, betrayal and wealth. FACEBOOK  Location: The tour will begin at Depot Park at 6:00 pm and end back at Depot Park. 90 minutes

 Plus lots of giveaways, a large raffle for a variety of different items (all proceeds from the purchase of raffle tickets is going to be donated to The Green Dog Rescue Project, Forgotten Felines, and The Pony Express), there will be activities for the kids, and we also be increasing our normal rewards card discount to 10% for the weekend. October 7th, First Saturday Cleanup on Prince Memorial Greenway (ages 5 to adult) On the first Saturday of every month help take care of restored Santa Rosa Creek flowing through the heart of downtown. The Greenway provides a home for river otter, kingfishers, egrets, and steelhead trout as well as parks, public art, and recreation along the six mile creek trail. Clean-up supplies provided. Location: Meet at Olive Park 10 a.m.

West End Farmers Market– Every Sunday 9:30-2 through end of November – Enjoy shopping for local veggies, fruits, artisan foods and wares in Historic Railroad Square. Beer Garden Open every Sunday in October 11- 3 p.m. Knife Sharpening available this Sunday. Music: Victor Vasquez is a local and international professional musician and storyteller, coming to the West End Farmers Market to share live looping, Celtic fiddle and original compositions.
