Sonoma County Animal Services: Animal Services INFORMATION UPDATE: We are currently open and onsite 24/7 until further notice at 1247 Century Ct., (off of Airport Blvd.) in Santa Rosa. We are accepting lost/found animals at this location. We are directing large animals/livestock to Sonoma County Fairgrounds. We will continue to post found animals on Facebook. Our Mobile Unit is also onsite at the evacuation center located at Veteran’s Hall in Santa Rosa to provide services to our community and companion animals. Animal Control officers are responding to calls for animals, and bringing animals to the shelter regularly. Additionally, they are providing welfare checks and food and water for residences where animals were reported to be left behind. We have a designated 24/7 phone line set up for information and donations at 707-565-4406. Please use designated 24 hour phone line between 5:30pm and 9am We are in greatly in need of the following donations: Water bowls (any size), disposable lasagna pans (for cat/kitten litter), animal food, including: sweet mix for horses or goats, egg layer for chickens, pig feed, dog and cat food (wet or dry – any brand) and grass hay for all, grain buckets, baby/wet wipes. Donations can be dropped off at 1247 Century Ct. (off of Airport Blvd.) in Santa Rosa. Sonoma Humane Society– 10/10/17 6pm We are offering pet supply kits with food to anyone who needs them. They can be picked up at our Santa Rosa location at 5345 Hwy 12 W at Llano Rd. https://www.facebook.com/SonomaHumane/

Red Cross Shelters TO FIND A SHELTER If you need the location of a shelter or other help, you should follow your local media or go to redcross.org and check the shelter map. People can also find a shelter by downloading the free Red Cross Emergency App. The Emergency App also puts wildfire safety tips at your fingertips. The app is available in app stores by searching for the American Red Cross or going to redcross.org/apps. They are currently running 10 shelters with approximately 1600 people. You can stop by for food and masks even if your don’t need shelter.
