July 28th, Thursday 6:00-7:30PM  – Community Meeting to Discuss Parking for the Downtown & Railroad Square Areas The City has hired Nelson/Nygaard, a consulting firm that specializes in transportation and parking planning, to analyze current parking conditions, assess future demands and develop both an implementation plan for progressive parking strategies throughout downtown and a Railroad Square Parking Management Plan.
