This study session provides an overview of the designation of Bo
Dean Asphalt Plant as a legal non-conforming land use, recent
code enforcement history and the status of the current complaints.
BACKGROUND
At the August 18, 2015, City Council meeting, Council requested
to receive a report regarding the current code enforcement complaints and other activities and findings with regard to the BoDean certificate of legal non-conforming use.
