Santa Rosa’s street lights are being turned back on! The LED replacement project is going on right now to replace the old amber street light bulbs. The West End and other downtown neighborhoods are in Phase One of the project. W. 9th, Decker, Boyce and W. 8th Street were recently changed out. The new LED street lights will utilize about 40% less energy than the high pressure sodium lights they are replacing, and can last for decades before they need replacing. For More info on the Street Light Program
