The City of SR continues to consider closing our neighborhood streets to open an at-grade rail crossing in another neighborhood. Public Hearing November 18th- on or after 5 p.m. Written comments must be received by December 1st at 5 p.m. A Draft EIR is being circulated for 45 days, until December 1, 2014, to allow interested individuals and public agencies to review and comment on the document. Two ways to make comments: 1) Submit written comments on the Draft EIR. To facilitate understanding of the comments, please provide a separate sentence or paragraph for each comment and note the page and chapter of the Draft EIR to which the comment is directed. November 21st– December 7th– The Phantom of the Opera Andrew Lloyd Webber’s soaring “music of the night” fills the air as Burbank Auditorium transforms into a grand Paris opera house of 1881. Deep in the shadows, the opera house is haunted by a mysterious figure, known only as “The Phantom”, who draws a young soprano named Christine under his enigmatic spell.
