Only two more Bocces! Every Friday at 6 p.m.- West End Summer Bocce ends Sept. 26th. This Week we will take an “We Love Santa Rosa- West End Bocce Selfie” so come out to take a photo! Relax on Friday nights with friends and neighbors at DeMeo Park. Bring a dish to share or something to throw on the grill. We talk, eat, play a little bocce and then talk and eat some more! Good times. Family friendly. Well behaved dogs are welcomed. September 20th, Saturday 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.- 2nd Annual Lincoln St. Block Party There will be a festive community gathering with music, outdoor entertainment, BBQs and food on Lincoln Street. The street will be closed off that day and there will be lots of room to mingle, listen to music (5 to 7 bands) and there will even be jump house for the kids. Creek Week September 20th-29th  Creek Week is a week-long celebration of our local creeks. It’s a week of fun and adventure, clean ups & educational activities for everyone at your local creeks and nature areas.  Children should be accompanied by an adult for all events. Family Fun Day- September 27th 10:00 AM-2:00PM is a day with free family-friendly adventures such as Turtle Talk & the Downtown Underground tour. Learn about how to protect our creek water, how to care for feral cats and what to do with injured wildlife and more. Creek Week FlyerStarts September 21st! Fall Writer’s Support + Inspiration Workshop w/ Leilani Clark (West Ender) – If you’re looking for camaraderie and writing community, look no further! In this monthly workshop, you’ll receive support and inspiration to help you make progress on a writing project (all genres welcome) whether that involves writing every day for 20 minutes, or completing a set amount of words or pages. We will get the creative sparks flying with two short writing prompts, followed by check-ins and accountability on the previous month’s writing goal(s). We’ll also do email check-ins between sessions to keep you on track towards your goals. Plus, you’ll get lots of resources and mini-craft talks from workshop facilitator Leilani Clark. All levels of writers welcome! Dates: Sundays, Sept. 21, Oct. 19 and Nov. 16 (Three-month commitment, once-a-month) Time: 4:30pm-6:30pm Where: Undercover Baking Agency, 463 Sebastopol Avenue in Santa Rosa near Julliard Park Price: $50.00. It’s a fun activity where you can hunt historic locations, solve clues and discover City landmarks. Register at Santa Rosa History Hunt. Hunt starts at So. Co. Museum. Clues released at 10 a.m. Hunt ends at 2 p.m. $10 Donation
