West End Neighborhood North Sewer and Water ImprovementsPhase 1

The City of Santa Rosa is contracting with Argonaut Constructors, Inc. for the construction of the above referenced project.  The construction will begin in June 2014, and will last approximately four months. This project will replace existing deteriorated sewer mains in 10th St, 11th St and Lincoln St between Cleveland Ave and Ripley St and in Cleveland Ave between 10th and 11th Streets.  This will reduce future City maintenance costs and infiltration of ground water into the City sewer system. This project will also replace aging and undersized water main in Lincoln St between Cleveland Ave and Ripley St.  In addition, the project will replace sewer and water service laterals to all properties on the listed streets within the project limits.  Upon completion of the underground work, the contractor will grind the asphalt surface of the streets and replace it with new asphalt. Weekly activities such as mail delivery and garbage service will continue during construction.
