February 28th 6 to 8 p.m.- The next Discussions Inspiring Neighborhood Engagement (DINE) event is scheduled for February 28! Meet new neighbors and enjoy a potluck dinner while exploring the topic of “Civic Participation” in our community. What does it mean to be civic-ally engaged? What would it look like in practice? Join us and share your insights while hearing the experiences of others. DINE gives you the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with neighbors you may have never had the chance to meet. It’s a great way to become involved and enjoy good food! You can register online to either participate, host, or facilitate here. Or contact Community Engagement Coordinator Georgia Pedgrift at gpedgrift@srcity.org (707-523-3023). Registration is open until February 19.  The DINE Program was recently featured by the Institute for Local Government in a wonderful article, “Santa Rosa Sets the Table for Good Public Engagement.”
