Sunflowers for Santa Rosa West Ender Terry Allan is one of the volunteer organizers for the Sunflowers for Santa Rosa project. The project aims to ‘Grow Community One Sunflower at a Time’ by encouraging everyone to plant sunflowers where you live, work, and play. Free seeds and seedlings will be distributed at Santa Rosa’s Earth Day Fair on Saturday, April 27th, 12-4pm, at Courthouse Square. If you are not able to get your seeds at the Earth Day Fair, Terry will be wandering the West End with her basket of seeds over the next few weeks, wrapping up on our first Bocce night on May 17th. Feel free to stop her when you see her and get some seeds! And don’t forget to ‘Like’ Sunflowers for Santa Rosa on Facebook to keep up to date on all of the excitement and Sunflower events over the summer.  Twitter hashtag is #SF4SR.
