Mel Brooks musical comedy “The Producers” open June 15 Only Mel Brooks could come up with this outrageous, teeny bit offensive, off the wall story about the greatest show business scam ever. “The Producers”  follows Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom as they sing and dance their way down Broadway waiting for a cash windfall, when their sure-to-flop, masterpiece of awfulness ~ “Springtime for Hitler” ~ turns out to be the biggest hit that ever landed on the Great White Way. Tickets $15 to $35. Shows every weekend from June 15 to July 15, 2012 Location: G.K. Hardt Theatre.
