Whew! The weather forecast for tomorrow’s clean up is sunny with a high of 71 Degrees. The Cleanup starts at 10 a.m. followed with a BBQ.  There’s 3 other excellent suggestions for your weekend- so go out there and enjoy!

Tonight! April 13th, Friday- 1st Annual Drawing Rally. A unique opportunity to experience the process of creation, and to purchase a work of art minutes after it’s completion. The Drawing Rally is an action-packed spectacle you won’t want to miss with 10-15 artists drawing LIVE simultaneously!  Some of the West End’s favorite artists such as (but not limited to): Todd Barricklow, Joey Castor, Mica Jennings, Klaus Rappensperger & Wil Smith will be there. MUSIC. DRINKS. FOOD available for purchase. Admission is free. Art will be available for purchase starting at $40 in a silent auction. Location: Artstart Arthouse 716 Bennett Valley Road Time:  6-10pm

April 14th, Saturday-  DeMeo Park Clean up. Time for Spring Cleaning! The West End Neighborhood and Chop’s Interact Club will join forces to tidy up DeMeo Park. We plan to trim the bushes, spread bark, weed and groom the bocce court. We will then celebrate our clean park with a BBQ. Please bring your gardening tools (remember to mark them for easy identification), gloves and energy. Everyone is welcome. Hope to see you there! Location: DeMeo Park Time: 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. clean up; BBQ to follow.
