August 5th- September 4th  Friday- Kiss Me, Kate. This raucous and riotously funny play-within-a-play explodes as our leading lady, Lilli Vanessi, is forced to play opposite her ex-husband/director/leading man, Fred Graham. Already on poor terms, the pair engage in an all-out emotional war mid-performance that threatens the production’s success. Combine Shakespeare’s timeless battle-of-the-sexes play, Taming of the Shrew, with the incomparable music and lyrics of the great Cole Porter and throw in a few gangsters what you get is a lush and sophisticated musical comedy valentine to a life in the theatre!
