August 20th– Saturday. Redwood Empire Live Steamers Interactive Museum-Come ride this Saturday! Trains will soon be a reality in Santa Rosa. Here’s an opportunity to teach you kids about trains. Only a few more runs left before the trains are put up for the winter. August 20th & 21st, Saturday & Sunday- Cotati Accordion Festival. West End Musicians- Tim Sarter & Amber Lee Baker will perform. Mad Maggies (Celtic Polka) The Mad Maggies are seven musicians from the San Francisco Bay Area who play roots-driven, rowdy folk fusion with a dash of hot pepper and a swig of slivovitz — they kick up some dust. the West End’s own Tim Sarter on Bass. August 21st, Sunday at 10 a.m.– Pug Play Day at DeTurk Round Barn Dog Park. Piles of Pugs play and cavort. It’s a sight to see. Pug Play Day is held the 3rd Sunday of every month. For more info: Lisa Howard
