Did you lose a kitten? Hi- I live on Pierson street and a tuxedo kitty wandered onto my back deck last night. He’s about 2-3 months old, very sleek with short black hair, a white chest and stomach and white sox on all four feet. Purrs all the time, very aggressive for petting. I hope the owner can reclaim him soon.   Terrie  415 794 9139  (yes I know it’s an SF area code but I’m in Santa Rosa)

Roaming Pit bulls FYIJust wanted to let you/neighborhood know there were two pit bulls on the loose Sunday morning (March 27th)  on W. 7th  (approx. 8-8:30a.m.).  One was brown and one was brindled.  They attacked one of our cats on my mom’s porch and would have torn her apart if my husband had not gone out to chase them away.  They seemed a bit aggressive.  When Josh chased them away, they headed off towards Trowbridge and then west.  We called animal control, but I doubt they were able to find them.  I’m guessing they went back home.
