If you want to stay in the West End- don’t forget the Halloween Carnival at Chops and the 1st Annual West End Kids Halloween Day Parade. Neighbors on 10th and Ripley have also extended a Halloween welcome- so spend a little time trick or treating right in our very own neighborhood.
