Railroad SCARE recap– It was a marvelous event full of cute costumed kids and delightfully disguised dogs.  There was lots to do. The Children’s Museum of the North Bay had  intriguing, hands-on displays and West End artist (and design genius) Michael McGinnis brought his giant sized Perplexus and the S. R. Fire Dept. brought a firetruck for kids to explore. There was a Scarecrow competition- the West End’s entry won 3rd place in the community division! Snoopy and Charlie Brown led the Children’s Costume parade.   The Scaredy-Dog Parade showed the best of Santa Rosa’s costumed canines. The West End Hula Dogs, led by Allen Thomas, won best in Parade.

Thank you to the Railroad Square Merchants and Western Farm for such a fantastic community event! For more Railroad SCARE photos Press here!

Update on Bob Murnane’s stolen trailer- ...a small piece of good news is that employee of the month Mike Rucker spotted my stolen trailer at the recycling center and confronted the guys who were towing it. Mike got the trailer back. The police came & filed paperwork etc. .

Thanks to anyone who was keeping an eye out.    -Bob.
