Garcia and Cowen Marry in Style

Congratulations to Melissa and Kelly. They were married today in front of their West End home, surrounded by family and friends. After the ceremony, they delighted the neighborhood by taking their celebration to the streets with a New Orleans type procession. Let’s toast the happy couple!
