BoDean Asphalt Appeal- Funds Needed to Proceed

Citizens for Safe Neighborhoods filed a lawsuit with the So Co Superior Court against the City of Santa Rosa for allowing the new facility without an environmental review in 2012. CFSN lost that case and now has appealed Judge Daum’s ruling to State court. We have to have our court papers turned in by December 17, 2014. We need to raise $8,000.00 in the next week to keep the case moving forward. CFSN is small group of concerned citizens that care deeply about the health and well being of the families that are directly impacted by the production of asphalt at the BoDean facility. The...

A few Halloween ideas… weather forecast gives a chance of showers so weatherproof your costume and bring an umbrella!  October 31st, Friday at 5:30- West End Annual Kid’s Halloween Parade.
