West End Neighborhood Halloween– Yes it rained but we just added umbrellas and still had a great time. Our street party had tents that housed lots of food, crafts, a picture wall and fun. Thanks to everyone who pitched in to keep this tradition alive and healthy (and dry)!

It’s a time for neighborhood updates, news and there’s time to get to know each other too. We only meet twice a year- so don’t miss it. Location: DeTurk Round Barn 7-9 p.m.

DeTurk Winery Village Update– Preliminary Design Review and Landmark Alteration were both denied at a joint meeting of the Design Review Board and Cultural Heritage Board on Thursday, November 3, 2016. The meeting took almost 6 hours and 40 minutes. The next step would be for the developer to take the denied project to City Council.
