West End Farmers Market- Two more weeks! December 13th is the last day for our 2015 market season. Dress for the season and take the opportunity to shop with your favorite farmers and vendors while you still can.
December 4th, Friday at 8 p.m. John Courage & Fly by Train Country 3 Bands one Rocking Night of Folk and Country, Dance the night away. Opening Band “Fly by Train,” Train songs and break-up songs; “Doll Houses” Female driven folk and Headliner “John Courage Band” Country and Western Songs. Doors open at 8pm, 21 and over show with a $10 cover charge Location: Annie O’s Music Hall 120 5th St
December 5th, Saturday 10 to Noon– First SATURDAY Cleanup Join neighbors and youth in the care of Prince Memorial Greenway the first Saturday of every month. Clean-up supplies provided. Organized by Stan Gow & City of SR Storm Water Team . Location: Meet at Olive Park
December 5th, Saturday – Railroad Square Open House 12:30-4:30 & Tree Lighting Ceremony 5-6 PM in Depot Park. Spend the day in Railroad Square. Food, drink, drawings and music during the day. Light Up A Life Tree Lighting Event at 5 p.m. Carriage rides are offered every weekend starting after Thanksgiving plus Christmas Eve. Holiday Tradition for 27 years.
December 13thth, Sunday 3 to 4:40 p.m.- West End Poodle Party is always on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 3 p.m. All Poodles, Poodle-fusions and Poodle friendly dogs are invited. Rain will cancel party. Facebook Location: DeTurk Round Barn Dog Park
Want to be a Secret Santa? Visit Western Farm Center and check out the So. Co. Giving Tree. Each red heart has a Christmas wish- mostly pet related- for someone who could use a little holiday cheer. Choose a red heart, purchase a gift and then return it to Western Farm Center (Wrapped, if possible) by December 19th.
December 6th, Sunday 6pm-8:30pm- Take your dog to see Santa– One day only! This is your chance to have professional photo with your pets and Santa. Location: Santa Rosa Plaza.
