Attention DeTurk Dog Park Users! The dog park is scheduled for maintenance this Friday. If you see the yard maintenance workers- please leave the park so they can get in and cut the weeds. They are not allowed to work in the dog park while someone is in there. Your cooperation is necessary for this park to be maintained.
BoDean Asphalt Use Permit to be Reviewed. Thank-you SR City Council! They have agreed to review the permit history and operations of the BoDean Asphalt Plant. A new way-finding sign has been placed at 9th and Wilson/Cleveland St. The directional sign welcomes visitors to our wonderful, historic area. This sign was made possible by the combined forces of two neighborhoods (Denise Hill, St. Rose Neighborhood & Lea Barron-Thomas, West End Neighborhood) and a City of Santa Rosa CAB grant.

Aug 21st to – Sept 20th- The Wizard of Oz After a tornado whisks her away to the magical land of OZ, young Dorothy Gale teams up with a Scarecrow, a Tin Woodsman and a Cowardly Lion to find the mighty Wizard of Oz who can send her home. Along the way, they must avoid the clutches of the Wicked Witch of the West, who is trying to steal the mysterious magic slippers that once belonged to her evil sister but are now on Dorothy’s feet. Dorothy eventually learns just how magical friendship can be and how wonderful it can feel to go home again. Location: 6th St. Playhouse, G.K. Hardt Theatre
