It’s that joy which I express in this current watercolor series, Glean & Grow. Each painting is a “portrait” of the fruits and vegetables I have gleaned from neighbors or that I have grown in our little backyard neighborhood garden in downtown Santa Rosa. The Buddy Holly Story The true story of Buddy’s meteoric rise to fame, from the moment in 1957 when “That’ll Be The Day” hit the airwaves until his tragic death less than two years later. The show features over 20 of Buddy Holly’s greatest hits including “Peggy Sue”, “Everyday”, and “Oh Boy”, plus Ritchie Valens’ “La Bamba” and The Big Bopper’s “Chantilly Lace”. The incredible legacy of the young man in his famous horn-rimmed glasses continues to live on in Buddy! Location: 6th St. Playhouse, G.K. Hardt Theatre
