Mar 16, 2015 in Development & projects

Please Join Western Farm Center, other Railroad Square businesses and West End residents that rely on W. 7th Street and ask the City Council to “Keep W. 7th Street Open”. Santa Rosa City Council Meeting- March 17th at 5 p.m. in City Council ChambersThis matter will probably be heard after 6 p.m.- call or text Allen Thomas (707) 477-8422 to be updated on time.

Can’t come to the meeting? Simply email “Keep W. 7th Street Open” to citycouncil@srcity.org

The City of Santa Rosa may be foreced to close W. 7th St if the City builds a new street level crossing at Jennings Ave. The City Council can build a bridge over the SMART rail line at Jennings and avoid ANY street closure. Santa Rosa Public Works was awarded 8.2 million dollars from the Metropolitan Transit Authority last year, so we ALREADY have the funds to build a bridge!
