The West End Neighborhood Association has been awarded a Community Improvement Grant to replace our 6 West End Banners. As you may have noticed the banners, that were put up in four years ago have aged rapidly. The original banner project was spearheaded by Burbank Garden’s Judy Kennedy and it included 11 Santa Rosa neighborhoods. The banners increase awareness of these neighborhoods for those who don’t know the neighborhoods, and strengthen the feeling of community for the neighbors. The West End is close to Historic Railroad Square, to hotels, the visitor center and of course, the DeTurk Round Barn all frequented by visitors and tourists so they also increase the enjoyment of visiting the City of Santa Rosa. Great job Judy!

The West End banners will be replaced in the near future.

Every weekend and on Christmas Eve- Railroad Square Horse and Carriage Rides. Take an old fashioned carriage ride around Historic Railroad Square every weekend in December up to Christmas Eve.
