Interesting Holiday Cooking Tips AKA What to do with Turkey grease– When cooking with grease, remember to remove grease from the pans before washing them. Do not pour hot grease down the drain even while running hot water because the grease will cool and solidify as it moves down the pipe. Freeze any excess oil and dispose of it in the trash. For large quantities drop off the grease at the Sonoma County Waste Management Center at 500 Mecham Rd, Petaluma. For more info go to Green Tip
