It’s still spring… but it’s starting to feel like summer. The West End is in bloom- take a walk and check it out! The Wednesday night market is starting and West End Summer Bocce is right around the corner.

May 11th to August 31st (On Wednesday nights)- Santa Rosa Downtown Market. Street Fair and Farmer’s Market Every Wednesday Night for 17 weeks. May 11th, Wednesday- Movie at Arlene Francis Center- Dr. Strangelove or How I Stopped Worrying and Loved the Bomb. 1964- Directed by Stanley Kubrick. Come enjoy food, drink and a movie with friends. May 12th, Thursday- Bike to Work Day.  The 17th annual Bike to Work Day is a day for residents to put their car keys aside, grab their helmets, hop on their bicycles and ride to work.  “Energizer Stations” are located along Bay Area county commute routes where bicyclists can stop for refreshments, giveaways, and bicycling information or simply to be ‘cheered on’ by fellow participants. Energizer Stations will be open during morning commute hours. May 20th- September 16th- West End Summer Bocce.  It’s almost here! Every Friday Night throughout the summer, friends and neighbors gather at beautiful DeMeo Park for food, gossip and, of course, Bocce! The West End Bocce crew prepped the cousts on Saturday. Good job, Guys!
