The DeTurk Round Barn Project is still moving forward. The Dog park was opened July 16th and the Barn itself was settled back down on it’s new foundation July 19th.  At this point, they are continuing to work on the wood framing. The old roof is now being removed in preparation for the new roof. The new sidewalk and corner at Donahue and W. 8th Street is now in progress. The hope is that the project will be finished by the end of October- but this is subject to change due to varied circumstance.

The West End Neighborhood Association is planning a special event in celebration of the finished project. More information as it becomes available.
