It’s about time! – A vintage style 2 faced street clock will be installed at the NE corner of 4th & Wilson on Friday, June 25th.  Historic Railroad Square Merchants have had this plan in the works for the last 10 years. It does take time! A granite plaque will be installed at the base of the street clock, honoring the major donors: Montague Family, California Preservation Foundation, Tyrone Development and Historic Railroad Square Association. RRSQ plans to dedicate the clock at the Railroad Square Summer Nights event on August 6th.

Peanuts on Parade: Look Out, It’s Lucy. Thirty Lucy statues have been painted by local artist and are now displayed in various locations in Santa Rosa. There are two Lucy’s outside of the S. R. Convention & Visitors Bureau ( The Depot Building in Railroad Square). The “I Love Santa Rosa This Much” Lucy will be raffled off. There is also a “Where’s Woodstock” game that involves a Woodstock decal and number. For more info, a map of the Lucy statues, to purchase raffle tickets or a Woodstock game sheet- Visit the nice folks at the S. R. Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.
